Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product of equal value or process a full refund at your preference.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are limited to one per order.
Visit My Account and select 'Exchange Item' on your order, or email hello@swaroop.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement size or colour.
If the exchange item is priced higher, you will need to pay the difference before the new item is dispatched. If the exchange item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm the exchange request, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking details via email and SMS.
