We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, due to variations in screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our products, minor differences in colour, print placement, or texture may occur. Such variations are not considered defects.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. SWAROOP reserves the right to accept or decline any order. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Payment must be received in full before dispatch, except for COD orders which are payable upon delivery.
SWAROOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
