Items marked as Final Sale, customised, or purchased during specific clearance events may not be eligible for return. Innerwear, accessories, and products with removed tags cannot be returned.
Products may be returned within 4 days of order date if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Log in to My Account, open your order, and submit a return request with at least 2 photos and your reason within 4 days of order date. Alternatively, email support@swaroopstore.shop with your order number. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — you will be asked to provide bank details.
Gift cards, customised or made-to-order pieces, items purchased under special final-sale promotions, and products without original tags or packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
